Research on Integrated Scheduling of Multi-Mode Emergency Rescue for Flooding in Chemical Parks

چکیده

As the scale of chemical park industry continues to expand, impact flooding on park’s people and surrounding environment increases. This paper uses project scheduling theory optimize emergency rescue process in order alleviate suffering affected people, promote sustainable development society environment, take into account characteristics dynamic evolution parks periodic renewal resources. We constructed a proactive–reactive multi-mode integrated model that aims minimize loss early stage sum total deviation start time end activities before after reactive later stages flooding. Furthermore, an ant colony algorithm was designed solve model. Next, effectiveness proposed solution verified using simulations actual cases. The calculation results show can improve efficiency reduce people. Moreover, if strategy is adopted, under four different resource combinations duration provide decision reference for during flood.
